ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, Texas, making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe, with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

As a Jr. Solutions Engineer, you’ll support our Sales and Implementation teams by helping prospective and new customers understand how ShipperHQ works and how it can solve their unique shipping challenges. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our product, gain exposure to a variety of e-commerce platforms, and grow into a trusted resource for our customers and internal teams.

  • Learning the ShipperHQ platform and becoming a product expert
  • Supporting sales calls and demos by helping explain how our solution fits customers' needs
  • Troubleshooting basic setup questions and guiding customers through early configuration steps
  • Gathering customer feedback and helping relay it to the Product team
  • Collaborating with Technical Support and Engineering to help solve customer challenges
  • Growing your technical skills by exploring APIs, integrations, and the e-commerce ecosystem

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate in a technical or business-related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Some exposure to web technologies or SaaS products - familiarity with REST APIs is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment
