In this role, you'll be at the center of our marketing operations, managing clients. We’re looking for someone with strong presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and align people — even in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

  • Outstanding communication and influence skills – you know how to gain trust, shape decisions, and move things forward

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable – you thrive in a changing environment and adopt tools quickly

  • Hands-on experience with Notion and comfort working with CRM systems like HubSpot

  • Detail oriented with strong time management and independent work ethic

📝 Interview Process

We keep things lean and clear:

  1. Asynchronous video interview

  2. Live interview with a team lead

  3. Final interview with leadership
