Nexmos Design is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Houston. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and creative teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and high client satisfaction. You will play a key role in account management, proposal development, and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships

  • Support the senior account team with day-to-day operations and communication

  • Prepare client presentations, project timelines, and status reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

  • Participate in client meetings and document actionable items

  • Help resolve issues and ensure client expectations are met consistently

  • Track client feedback and propose enhancements to service quality

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing or account coordination roles (internships acceptable)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools

  • Self-driven with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
