Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

** This role is a fixed-term (1 year) opportunity **

About the role

We are delighted to be seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join Kyriba’s Americas Employee Success team, based in Mexico. Reporting to the HR Manager, Americas, and as part of the global Employee Success organization, you will provide essential day-to-day HR administrative support across the Americas region, primarily the United States. This is a key operational role designed to support the team through a period of transformation, including the revamp of Workday as Kyriba’s core HRIS platform — an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure to a global, fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Outcomes & Success Measures

At Kyriba, we pride ourselves on driving exceptional outcomes for our customers. Success in this role looks like:

  • Operational HR Excellence: Accurate, audit-ready employee records maintained in Workday with zero critical compliance gaps, and all standard HR documentation processed within agreed SLAs.

  • Seamless Employee Experience: Onboarding and offboarding processes run smoothly end-to-end. New joiners are fully set up on day one and leavers are off-boarded cleanly, leaving a positive impression of Kyriba at every transition.

About the team

The Employee Success (ES) team is Kyriba’s global HR Operations and HR Compliance function, creating seamless employee experiences by driving operational excellence through process innovation, automation, and standardization and maximizing HR service delivery efficiency across all global locations. The Americas ES team supports Kyriba’s US, Canada, and LATAM workforce during an exciting period of transformation, including a significant Workday HRIS revamp. You will join a collaborative, experienced team that values initiative, continuous improvement, and a genuine service mindset.

What You’ll Do

To achieve these outcomes, you will:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, managing new hires, changes, terminations, and leaves of absence, ensuring every HR decision across the Americas is built on reliable, current data.

  • Deliver seamless employee experiences, from onboarding through off-boarding so employees feel supported from their first day to their last.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, Workday self-service, and payroll matters, resolving issues swiftly and escalating complex cases as needed.

  • Contribute to Kyriba’s Workday HRIS transformation by digitizing HR processes, identifying automation and self-service opportunities, and helping build a best-in-class HR operating model for the Americas.

  • Provide administrative support for the US Benefits team with invoicing and general benefits inquiries.

  • Provide administrative support for immigration and mobility cases — visa applications, work permits, and travel documentation — coordinating with vendors under the guidance of the HR Manager.

  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and global Employee Success initiatives, from process standardization to HR communications, making a tangible impact beyond your core responsibilities.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent, with 1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role (internship experience considered).

  • Solid grounding in HR practices and basic US employment law (EEO, FMLA, AAP); knowledge of other NORAM and LATAM jurisdictions is a plus.

  • Experience with Workday HRIS — you are confident navigating the system and guiding others through self-service tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel in particular) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, you can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without losing accuracy or responsiveness.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required), with a service-oriented mindset that makes every employee feel genuinely supported.

  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset: you spot inefficiencies, ask ‘how could this be better?’, and bring ideas that drive meaningful change.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You will gain rare early-career exposure to a global, multi-country HR environment and a significant HRIS transformation — the kind of experience that accelerates careers and opens doors.

  • You will work alongside experienced HR professionals across the Americas and global Employee Success team, learning from the best in a collaborative, supportive, high-expectation environment.

  • Kyriba’s flexible, trust-based hybrid model means you own your schedule and are measured by outcomes, perfect for motivated self-starters who want autonomy without sacrificing growth.

  • You’re joining a high-growth FinTech on a mission to become the world’s most sought-after cloud technology company — where ideas are heard, initiative is celebrated, and your career trajectory is limited only by your ambition.

Our Values Guide Everything We Do

  • Think Big & Constantly Innovate: We have the confidence to think big, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and continuously evolve - incorporating new technologies and driving industry progress.

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $337,600.00 - $427,000.00 based on a full-time schedule.
