Position Overview:
As a Junior Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data and software integrations with customers to ensure they get the most out of their investment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients following the sale to collect information and requirements related to setting up relevant integrations for their Raptor system, primarily:
- Student Information System -> Raptor integrations
- Raptor -> Student Information Systems integrations
- Active Directory integrations
- API integrations
- Communicating with clients throughout the set-up process to ensure all parties have what they need to be successful.
- Consulting with customers throughout the set-up process and beyond to ensure their data is maximizing the value of the Raptor system.
- Provide data validation results to customers and guidance for improvement.
- Updating key stakeholders on any deliverable or project milestone completions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on integrations for all departments and collaborators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business related or technical field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a project management and customer centric role.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think technically.
- Excellent deductive reasoning skills.
- Strong soft skills are a must.
- Customer centric.
- Understanding of Software Integrations is a plus.
