What success looks like in this role:

A Junior Project Manager (formerly Project Administrator) will:

  • Take meeting minutes

  • Coordinate meetings and manage invites

  • Help facilitate team meetings

Assist a more senior Project Manager by:

  • Communicating within the Project team

  • Updating the project schedule

  • Managing the project budget, risks, and quality assurance

  • Reviewing and updating any new Project requirements

  • Editing Proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and change controls

  • Preparing stage gate requests and organizing related meetings

  • Tracking and planning hardware purchases

  • Creating project turnover documentation

  • Supporting the development of presentations

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
