Job Description

CelebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use.

You will join the engineering team behind our new mid-market analytics platform in a supported entry-level role designed for developers who are ready to grow their professional experience. You will work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to well-scoped features, and gradually take on more ownership as you become familiar with the product and codebase. We care more about how you think, learn, and approach problems than the number of years on your resume.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Build small features, improvements, and bug fixes with guidance from experienced engineers

  • Participate in code reviews and learn how to give and receive constructive feedback

  • Write tests for the code you contribute and develop good engineering habits from the start

  • Work through a structured development plan with support from a mentor

  • Break down unfamiliar problems, ask thoughtful questions, and seek guidance when needed

  • Contribute to technical documentation and improve it as you learn the product

  • Gradually take ownership of larger and more complex pieces of work as your skills develop

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Demonstrable programming ability in a modern programming language

  • Personal, academic, or open-source projects that you can explain clearly, including the decisions behind them

  • A structured approach to solving problems you have not encountered before

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and an ability to apply feedback

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with experienced engineers

  • No professional software development experience required — degree, bootcamp, self-taught, and other learning paths are all welcome

NICE TO HAVE
  • Exposure to React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies

  • Internship or project-based software development experience

  • Open-source contributions

  • Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows

  • Interest in data, analytics, or B2B SaaS products

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$65,000-$85,000 determined based on experience, technical skills, and overall fit for the role.

CelebriOS offers a remote-first working environment, mentorship and professional development opportunities, and a benefits package designed to support our team. Full details of compensation, benefits, and other employment terms will be discussed during the interview process.

HIRING PROCESS

Application review → introductory conversation → technical discussion → conversation with the team → offer.

We aim to keep the process focused and respectful of your time, with clear communication throughout the process.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

CelebriOS is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

If you need an accommodation at any stage of the hiring process, please let us know and we will work with you to make the process accessible.
