We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our internal support team for B2B retail. This role is focused entirely on helping colleagues across the company: account managers, commercial and operations teams reach out when something doesn't work as expected, and you find out why and fix it. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into how things work, likes solving puzzles, and wants to grow in a friendly international team. You'll work in a small team of two, closely with the team lead.


Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in technical or customer support
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking
  • Readiness to work with large volumes of technical data
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfort with regular, repetitive, and routine tasks, with attention to detail and patience
  • Genuine interest in the technical side of the product and in finding the root causes of errors
  • Open, friendly, and easy-going communication style
  • English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher, since you'll regularly communicate with international colleagues

Nice to have:

  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Jira and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, Grafana, or Kibana
  • Experience in travel tech or B2B products
