How you can make a difference:
- Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
- Provide a consultative client needs analysis and execute the account strategy as determined by leadership.
- Monitor developments within designated accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Design, develop and present sales proposals and presentations on how to resolve client business challenges.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Collaborate with other business services support groups to encourage long-term retention.
- Track and report on client account trends for leadership to leverage.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical skills: Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks; Extensive product and technical knowledge.
- Skills: Networking, relationship-building, negotiating, closing and interpersonal English communication skills.
- Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a team environment working within required deadlines.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling data, voice or video solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
