Summary: Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability at a National enterprise level, focusing on the equipment rental company and suppliers’ market for all Cattron product lines. Interact with established customers with the goal of increasing sales revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers.
- Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities.
- Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM website, including revenue scheduling.
- Promote Cattron products to Key Accounts.
- Manage direct customer relationships to grow revenue.
- Coordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts.
- Work with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs.
- Attend sales meetings and conferences.
- Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers.
- Provide updated marketing and sales forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Windows applications.
- Proven sales performance record.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be fluent in English; other languages preferred depending on assigned area.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Valid passport.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Travel up to 60%
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, equipment rental market background preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
