About The Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager ready to work with some of the most visible and fastest-growing brands in North America and build long-term, high-impact partnerships with them. This role spans revenue growth, client success, and product feedback — one of the most cross-functional roles in our commercial organization.

You will be the face of Yuno to our key accounts: the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, building deep relationships with C-level stakeholders. That level of trust takes genuine curiosity and a real technical understanding of your client's business. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to orchestrate the resolution of complex technical issues at the executive level.

This role will push you to think several moves ahead. You will manage a portfolio of accounts at different stages, from established high-volume merchants to fast-growing ones. That means knowing where the revenue, the risk and the growth sit in your book, planning each account accordingly, and forecasting with discipline. It also means managing competing priorities and working through dilemmas to arrive at the best outcome for your accounts and for Yuno. The payments landscape moves fast, and the best KAMs at Yuno spot opportunities before clients ask for them, build quantified business cases with rigor, and hold themselves to a high bar on every renewal and every renegotiation.

Your Contribution Will Be
  • Own strategic relationships with enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.

  • Design account strategies that grow each client's business with Yuno, adjusting your approach to where the account sits today and where it can go.

  • Lead commercial negotiations on renewals, pricing and payment terms, building quantified business cases through value-based negotiation and protecting revenue 

  • Drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling while building a portfolio-wide pipeline of high-quality opportunities.

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting for your portfolio, anticipating revenue risks and growth opportunities.

  • Own account health metrics, including NPS and client referenceability, addressing concerns before they affect satisfaction.

  • Take charge of escalations and incidents for your accounts: bring in the right teams across Product, Support, Legal, Finance and Operations, keep the client informed with facts, and follow through to closure.

  • Act as a leader across the company, not just within your accounts: represent Yuno with authority in front of customers, bring colleagues along behind a clear plan, and raise the bar for how account management is done here.

  • Use AI tools to work faster and sharper across your accounts, and help set the standard for how account management at Yuno uses them.

  • Gather client feedback to shape Yuno's product roadmap and stay ahead of payment industry trends.

 

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Relationship Management within payments, fintech, or technology, or in an in-house payments role at a merchant, with a proven track record of influencing C-level executives.

  • Demonstrated expertise in value-based commercial negotiation, business case quantification, contract renewals, and account portfolio segmentation.

  • Strong command of forecasting, pipeline building, and managing complex account portfolios with close attention to detail.

  • Ability to combine strategic empathy with technical understanding of payment infrastructure to resolve executive-level client issues.  Experience with payments is preferred

  • You use AI tools as part of how you work every day, from preparing for client conversations and analysing account data to drafting business cases, and you are curious about what they can do next.

  • High ownership mindset, with a track record of driving initiatives to completion in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
