The Role

    We are looking for a senior Key Account Manager to own and grow our most strategic US accounts. You will be responsible for expanding revenue within an existing portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, driving upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of US Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, with a $600k Net New ARR yearly target
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize expansion within each account
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Didomi's product suite (CMP, Preference Center, SST, Agnostik, PMP)
  • Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and multi-year contract extensions
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders (CMO, CPO, CTO, DPO, Legal)
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce

Profile

  • 5–7 years in Account Management or Enterprise Sales
  • Track record of hitting $500k+ ARR quotas
  • Experience selling SaaS to US Mid-Market & Enterprise
  • Martech background is a big plus (AdTech / Privacy / Compliance also valued)
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
