The Role
We are looking for a senior Key Account Manager to own and grow our most strategic US accounts. You will be responsible for expanding revenue within an existing portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, driving upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year renewals.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of US Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, with a $600k Net New ARR yearly target
- Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize expansion within each account
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Didomi's product suite (CMP, Preference Center, SST, Agnostik, PMP)
- Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and multi-year contract extensions
- Develop multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders (CMO, CPO, CTO, DPO, Legal)
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce
Profile
- 5–7 years in Account Management or Enterprise Sales
- Track record of hitting $500k+ ARR quotas
- Experience selling SaaS to US Mid-Market & Enterprise
- Martech background is a big plus (AdTech / Privacy / Compliance also valued)
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
