Part-Time Invoicer (Remote, MDT Hours)
Location: Remote (must be available during Mountain Daylight Time hours)

we do. As we expand, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Invoicer to join our finance operations team
and ensure our client billing runs seamlessly every week.
Role Overview:
The Part-Time Invoicer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and sending weekly client invoices
through QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate has experience handling high-volume invoicing across
multiple clients, is extremely detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment.
You’ll manage invoicing for approximately 10–40 clients weekly, representing 100–400 consultants, ensuring
all billing data aligns with timesheets, contracts, and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and issue accurate weekly invoices to clients in QuickBooks Online.
Reconcile billing data with consultant timesheets, project records, and client purchase orders.
Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring proper billing terms and contact details.
Track invoice status, monitor payments, and follow up on overdue accounts as needed.
Collaborate with the operations and recruiting teams to verify hours and project details before billing.
Generate billing reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Support month-end reconciliation and reporting processes.
Identify and correct invoicing discrepancies or data inconsistencies.
Maintain organized digital records and adhere to company data and privacy standards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams; excellent written and verbal English
is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of invoicing or bookkeeping experience, preferably in a service-based or consulting business.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Experience invoicing multiple clients with varying billing structures.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
