Responsibilities:
- Interact with current and potential Premier Agent partners with the highest level of professionalism and skill
- Skillfully conduct sales presentations via Zoom, including product demonstrations and consultative program recommendations, all while demonstrating an authentic desire for the partner to meet their professional goals
- Maintain timely schedule for all partner touchpoints to stay on track for key milestones from pitch to enrollment
- Close new Premier Agent Preferred Network partners through prospecting, assessing, and presenting to potential team leads and real estate professionals
- Represent as subject matter expert in Preferred Network processes and requirements
- Complete all necessary enrollment steps for new partners transitioning to the Preferred Network program
- Onboard and provide initial training to new partners, including coaching to requirements of the program and ensuring profile functionality is set up.
- Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries.
- Seek answers through collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Introduce the new partner to their Growth Advisor and ensure successful transition of account ownership.
- Expertly navigate sales tools and programs to monitor and accomplish tasks, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Sonar, and Google Suite.
- 3+ years of sales and/or partner facing support experience, with preference for selling, coaching, or consulting Enterprise-level strategic partners in real estate.
- Experience in onboarding, training, or enrolling new customers preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Extraordinary communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage in an autonomous environment.
- High ethical values and integrity.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar work management software preferred.
