Job Description:

We are hiring a Lead Acquisition Marketing Manager to own and scale Lower’s third-party lead acquisition programs. This role is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing lead vendors; defining granular buying criteria; allocating and optimizing budgets; and driving continuous performance improvement through rigorous analysis.

This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of the lead buying channel.

Success in this role means building a scalable, disciplined lead acquisition engine that delivers predictable, high-quality volume at efficient unit economics while protecting downstream conversion, credit quality, and customer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH or Austin, TX required

What You’ll Do

  • Own Lower’s third-party lead acquisition program end to end

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage lead vendors

  • Define and refine lead buying criteria

  • Allocate and optimize budgets

  • Analyze performance at a granular level

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Credit, and Analytics

  • Establish benchmarks and vendor accountability

  • Communicate insights to senior leadership

Who You Are

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or analytics-heavy roles, with at least one year of experience in lead buying or affiliate marketing

  • Strong analytical and financial judgment

  • Comfortable managing vendors and budgets

  • Excellent communicator

  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment, with strong planning and follow-through

  • Experience in mortgage, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred
