We’re looking for a Lead AI Code Generation Evangelist who combines engineering expertise with strong communication skills and on-camera confidence. You’ll create technical video and text content describing technology topics in relation to Generative AI. You’ll shape our technical voice, ensure accuracy across all materials, and represent the brand publicly through video content as well.

About codeCake.ai (product of testRigor.com)

codeCake helps us - and other companies - address the negative ROI problem in AI-driven development as explained here: https://codecake.ai/does-using-ai-for-code-generation-actually-save-time/. When relying solely on tools like Claude Code, teams often spend more time fixing generated code than they would writing it from scratch.

codeCake solves this by starting with an end-to-end test case that represents missing functionality or a bug. It then iterates on the code until the test passes, turning the test from red to green.

About the Company

testRigor is a quickly growing company (80th Fastest Growing Software company according to Inc.com) that builds a plain-English-based end-to-end QA testing system and codeCake to use that system to generate code.

As a company, we value new ideas, speed, and things being organized well.

About the Team

We’re growing quickly and expanding our marketing team to match that momentum. Marketing at testRigor isn’t disconnected from the product - it’s deeply technical, hands-on, and closely aligned with engineering. We focus on educating the market, building trust with technical audiences, and setting a high bar for accuracy and clarity.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, fast-moving team that values ownership, clear thinking, and strong execution. If you enjoy translating complex ideas into compelling content and want to play a visible role in a growing AI company, this is the place to do it.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Own the creation of high-quality technical content: blog posts, guides, whitepapers, case studies, and scripts
  • Translate complex Engineering concepts into clear, engaging content
  • Develop and maintain a consistent technical voice across platforms
  • Analyze content performance and continuously improve topics, formats, and messaging

Video & Public Presence

  • Record educational and thought leadership videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Present confidently on camera (no editing required - production support provided)
  • Turn previously written content into video-first content where appropriate

Technical Accuracy & Quality Control

  • Perform quality checks on all technical content
  • Review, edit, and refine written materials to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency
  • Validate examples, workflows, and claims from an engineering perspective

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of content writers
  • Provide structured feedback and raise the quality bar across the team
  • Work closely with multiple departments to align messaging with product capabilities
  • Help define the technical content roadmap
What is in it for you
  1. Options in the company that change how companies build software
  2. Ability to work in a leading role in a dynamic startup environment
  3. Ability to express yourself publicly and talk about exciting topics
How to Apply

If this role sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!

To move forward, please include the following:

  • Links to any video content where you present on camera. If you don't have one, record a short 2–3 minute video introducing yourself.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, holds a high-quality bar, and is comfortable being both the technical authority and the public voice of the brand.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Deep understanding of software testing concepts, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and iterate strategically
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
Nice to Have
  • Experience building a technical brand or growing a content channel
  • SEO knowledge and content distribution experience
  • Familiarity with developer-focused audiences
