Position Summary:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Business System Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to join our growing dynamic Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Experience Cloud solutions to support critical business initiatives across customers facing portals. 

You are a strategic thinker and detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for creating seamless user experiences on Salesforce Experience Cloud. You thrive at the intersection of business and technology and love diving into business processes to uncover opportunities for automation and optimization. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Salesforce Experience Cloud, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. 

  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design sessions for Experience Cloud initiatives. 

  • Map and document end-to-end processes using Universal Process Notation (UPN) to support transparency, training, and process governance. 

  • Analyze and document current and future-state business processes, data flows, and user journeys. 

  • Work closely with Enterprise Architect, Salesforce architect, developers, and admins to ensure functional specifications are accurately implemented. 

  • Design user-centric portals and communities with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance. 

  • Define and manage Business requirement document (BRD), Functional Design Document (FDD), user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and UAT plans.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Marketing, IT) to drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement. 

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards are met in Experience Cloud implementations. 

  • Strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, sharing rules, and customization options. 

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new Experience Cloud features, assessing their impact and applicability. 

Position Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including experience with digital experiences, portal configurations, and site builder/custom themes. 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration. 

  • Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce API integration concepts (preferred). 

  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects in Agile/Scrum environments. 

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Exposure to other Salesforce clouds Service Cloud & Sales Cloud preferred. 

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and design best practices for community portals. 

  • Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Admin, or Platform App Builder are highly preferred. 

 

 Salary: $115K - $155K + Bonus
