Professional Services | Agentforce & Claude Adoption Program

Want to build what nobody else has built yet? We’re recruiting for a special Claudeforce project that brings Claude and Salesforce together, and as a Lead Business Consultant you'll be on the front lines doing some of the very first work in the ecosystem. Guaranteed. You'll work hands-on in pods with architects and fellow consultants, building and launching real solutions for real customers. This is your chance to work on the newest, greatest technology from the get-go.

The Lead Business Consultant is responsible for the hands-on configuration, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities during customer engagements. This role is focused on execution and delivery, working directly within implementation pods to rapidly deploy and refine solutions that drive customer adoption and platform consumption.

This individual should be equally comfortable working with technology, solving business problems, and interacting directly with customers.

How Engagements Run

Each customer engagement runs as a fixed 12-week sprint. Weeks 0–2 focus on assessment and readiness: the customer’s org, security, data, users and permissions, and which AI workflows to prioritize. Weeks 3–5 are build and validate. Weeks 5–12 drive adoption and optimization. This isn’t a traditional waterfall project. Expect to prototype fast, show the customer something working, and iterate. Success is measured by user adoption and platform consumption. The customer pipeline is deep and growing, so there’s plenty of work to go around. When one engagement wraps, you roll right onto the next. Location is flexible, but you need to be available during your customer’s business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce capabilities based on approved designs.
  • Establish user access, permissions, workflows, and governance controls.
  • Configure the Claude–Salesforce connection, activate pre-built AI skills, and build and validate the workflows that use them.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and iterative solution refinement.
  • Assist with customer workshops and demonstration sessions.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and support deployment activities.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and Technical Architects to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support customer adoption efforts through training and enablement activities.
  • Quickly prototype new capabilities and demonstrate value to customer stakeholders.
  • Monitor usage and adoption trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Lead client calls as the primary point of contact, including recurring status meetings, workshops, requirements sessions, demos, testing, and training. Set the agenda, keep the conversation on track, and send clear summaries and action items afterward.
  • Run requirements and discovery conversations with business stakeholders and translate what you hear into Sales Cloud and Agentforce configuration and backlog items.
  • Work with clients to proactively identify enhancements and add them to the backlog.
  • Flag scope questions or unclear requirements early, partnering with the Project Manager and Solutions Architect on next steps.
  • Mentor junior consultants, including QA on their first iterations of deliverables.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Salesforce configuration and implementation experience.
  • Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge.
  • Experience with Salesforce workflows, permissions, reports, and user management.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and explain technical concepts.
  • Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Hands-on Sales Cloud configuration experience, including lead and opportunity management, products and price books, quotes, approval processes, and opportunity-to-quote-to-contract workflows.
  • Able to complete at least 80% of declarative build needs without detailed solution notes, including installing common AppExchange packages, and execute Solutions Architect designs with minimal oversight.
  • Confident answering client questions live, setting expectations on what Sales Cloud and Agentforce can and cannot do, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Basic experience with data migration or deployment tools (e.g., Copado, data loaders).
  • Owns assigned work, seeks guidance appropriately, and delivers predictable quality with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Claude Foundations/Associate certification. If you don’t have it yet but are interested and confident you can earn it quickly, we’ll train you and pay for your certification before you start client work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agentforce experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications.
  • Claude Foundations/Associate certification already completed.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Exposure to Service Cloud or Revenue Cloud.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, renewals, and amendment processes as they relate to Sales Cloud opportunities and contracts.
  • Technical background (developer exposure, integrations, or platform architecture).
  • Ability to guide customers through the full lead-to-close process, understanding how leads, opportunities, products, price books, quotes, and contracts work together, and advising on business process improvements rather than just configuring the mechanics.

What We’re Looking For

Technical depth gets you in the door. Beyond that, we’re hiring for four qualities together, not any one in isolation: humble, hungry, smart, and excited about AI.

  • Humble: a team player first. You teach as readily as you learn, and you don’t need to be the smartest person in the room to add value.
  • Hungry: genuinely curious and self-driven. You take on a new certification or course because you enjoy it, not because it’s assigned, and you dig into unfamiliar problems until you’ve figured them out.
  • Smart: people-smart. You read a room, enjoy talking with customers, and can hold your own in front of a client audience.
  • Excited about AI: you’re already using AI tools to work faster and deliver better outcomes, and you want to keep pushing on that. This is where our SF+ practice is headed, so it’s a practical, non-negotiable skill, not a nice-to-have.
