Overview

Quadax, an award‑winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is growing its innovative greenfield development team and seeking a Lead Application Developer to help drive the next evolution of our products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll guide architecture, mentor teammates, and build modern, high‑impact software.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and development of modern, service‑oriented applications
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies
  • Shape user stories through requirements analysis and estimation
  • Establish and uphold architecture standards, design patterns, and coding practices
  • Develop new services using C# and .NET Core
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and cross‑functional teams
  • Mentor developers and help grow their technical skills
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years architecting and building RESTful APIs and web applications
  • Strong proficiency in C# and at least one modern JavaScript framework
  • Deep knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and secure coding
  • Experience with git-based version control and issue tracking tools
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
Bonus Skills
  • .NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio
  • Azure / Azure DevOps
  • Experience in Patient Access Management
