About the role

We are looking for a superhero-level Lead Ad Creative Producer to lead and oversee the entire creative production operations at one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing AI portfolio companies.

This is a full-combat creative and operational role.

You will own the creative production process end-to-end: how creatives are designed, reviewed, refined, approved, and delivered. You are accountable for creative quality, execution speed, and production discipline. This role is not about taste or coordination—it is about conversion, control, standards, and consistency at scale.

You will work directly with User Acquisition Managers and manage a team of creative designers, acting as the final quality gate before any asset reaches testing or traffic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end ad creative production across all formats (static, video, UGC, motion, AI-generated), acting as the final approval authority before testing or launch, ensuring brand standards, pixel-perfect design, platform best practices, clear UI/visual hierarchy, and performance-focused execution.

  • Design, enforce, and continuously improve the creative workflow, monitor production in real time, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and maintain speed without sacrificing quality.

  • Provide continuous, clear, specific, and actionable feedback to designers and creative contributors, actively guiding work during production to prevent rework and uphold a consistently high creative standard.

  • Lead ideation and conceptualization of new creatives, translate strategy and performance insights into briefs, stay up to date on AI-driven creative tools and industry trends, collaborate with User Acquisition Managers on performance signals, incorporate feedback into improvements and future concepts, and deliver test-ready variations to support testing strategies.

  • Continuously research competitor creatives across AI and consumer tech, benchmark quality, formats, hooks, and execution, and apply insights to elevate internal creative standards.

  • Act as the execution bridge between designers and User Acquisition Managers, ensuring alignment, clear expectations, and smooth handoffs.

  • Provide regular updates to management on creative pipeline status, production velocity, and quality consistency, taking full ownership of execution outcomes and continuously raising standards.

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in creative design.

  • 3+ years of experience in ad creative production or a similar role.

  • Proven experience managing multi-format, high-volume creative pipelines.

  • Strong portfolio of performance-driven digital ads.

  • Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms and creative performance metrics.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative production workflows.

  • Ability to evaluate creative quality objectively, not subjectively.

  • High personal standards for quality and execution.

  • Comfortable enforcing structure and creative discipline.

  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
