As a Lead Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and technical sales support for Honeywell’s Saia Burgess Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs). 

You will report directly to our Regional General Manager for BMS. The role is fully remote, requiring 50%+ travel throughout the United States.

In this role, you will impact the company's revenue generation and business growth by driving Saia Burgess PLC adoption through a multi-channel, multi-brand network of independent distributors and contractors. Your ability to optimize lead generation campaigns and provide technical sales support will help expand the customer base and increase market share, positioning Honeywell Saia Burgess PLCs as a leader in the industry.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs
  • Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI
  • Provide deep technical sales support for sales teams and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling or programming PLCs
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset

PAY EQUITY

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $79,800 - $99,750. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $79,800 - $99,750. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
