Job Description

The Lead Digital Product Manager assumes responsibility for an entire workstream of products and a team of Digital Product Managers driving those products to delivery. In the Product Security space, the workstreams align to a major security functional area and the products are broken down to automate controls, built into our Enterprise Control Library, which are limiting and eliminating cybersecurity risk to the business. Lead DPMs manage the overall Outcome Based Delivery (OBD) model for the organization ensuring we follow enterprise practices to ensure highest value deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational responsibility for a Product Security Workstream and all products within that workstream

  • Ensure all DPMs are in line with the OBD Model, ensuring we build a 360-degree view of problem space during Discovery and Framing

  • Take on the most complex Discovery and Framing sessions

  • Drive empirical approach, so data drives solutioning

  • Incorporate existing products and third party to speed up delivery

  • Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver cohesive solutions

  • Build enterprise roadmaps across programs and workstreams

  • Grow DPMs and drive a maturation of product behaviors within the organization

  • Develop new workstreams and identify new products within workstreams

  • Formalize controls built into the Control Library

  • Partner with Enterprise Risk and Resilience to ensure Control Library resolves enterprise risk

  • Serve as escalation point during delivery lifecycle and iterative process

  • This job has supervisory responsibilities


Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong professional experience in digital product management with proven expertise in product scoping, framing, and backlog management

  • Solid credentials in leading multiple products and workstreams

  • Background of leading high-performing product teams and mentoring/developing product managers

  • Sound skillset in several of the following focus areas: cloud/container security, code security, data security, API/connectivity security, emerging tech security, network/workload security, SaaS/3rd Party security

  • Polished communicator with executive presentation and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Adept at organizational collaboration

  • Committed to servant leadership

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 - 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
