Job Description:
Lead Engineers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S (HQ: Chicago, IL). Work with the Platform Services team, a strategic part of the Global Technology Platform, that utilizes technologies that enable processing of large volumes of data. Utilize a variety of software technologies in pursuit of developing a microservice architecture and using cloud patterns. Deliver high performance enterprise service /microservice based architectures across the entire landscape of both development and execution. Be a subject matter expert in CI/CD, in addition to the principles of when and how services should be versioned to facilitate enterprise consumption. Use software languages, monitoring tools, and log management tools. Technical Environment: MySQL Databases; LXD/Docker Containers; CDN; disaster recovery systems; IaC; Terraform; Ansible; CI/CD; Jenkins; IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS, API Gateway, ELB, S3, RDS; Git; CloudFormation; Elasticsearch; Filebeat; Logstash; Kibana; Autoscaling, High Availability.
Job Requirement:
*Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience in systems administration required. Required Skills: MySQL Databases; LXD/Docker Containers; CDN; disaster recovery systems; IaC; Terraform; Ansible; CI/CD; Jenkins; IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS, API Gateway, ELB, S3, RDS; Git; CloudFormation; Elasticsearch; Filebeat; Logstash; Kibana; Autoscaling, High Availability. Telecommuting Permitted. (*Bachelor’s degree in any field plus 7 years of progressive experience in systems administration also acceptable).

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $148,949/yr - $156,825/yr. annually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
