We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Epic Cogito expert to own enterprise Epic reporting and analytics for a large healthcare environment. This role focuses on Epic data, insights, and regulatory reporting, not generic BI work.

What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver Epic Cogito reporting and dashboards using:
- Clarity
- Caboodle
- Radar Dashboards
- Reporting Workbench
- SlicerDicer
- Build and optimize SQL-based reports and datasets for clinical, financial, and operational use cases
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting (CMS, HEDIS, state reporting)
- Partner with clinical, financial, and operations leaders to translate requirements into analytics
- Maintain and troubleshoot Epic reporting environments (Clarity/Caboodle jobs, access, data issues)
- Support Epic initiatives including go-lives, upgrades, and transitions
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and audit readiness

Requirements
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of hands-on Epic Cogito / Epic Reporting experience
- Strong experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle
- Solid exposure to Radar dashboards and Reporting Workbench
- Advanced SQL skills (healthcare data models)
- Experience supporting health system reporting (clinical, operational, or financial)
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders (clinical & non-technical audiences)
Nice to Have (Not Deal Breakers)
- Experience with CMS / HEDIS / regulatory reporting
- Epic certifications (Cogito, Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar)
- BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, SAP BO
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or acting as a reporting lead
- Prior Epic go-live or large-scale implementation experience
