Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation / Business Development Specialist to help identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and build a consistent sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and cold email outreach. This role requires someone who communicates confidently, works independently, and can consistently generate qualified meetings. Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve research, messaging, and productivity is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients that match the target customer profile.

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting.

  • Conduct cold calls and personalized cold email campaigns.

  • Deliver brief and engaging introductory presentations to prospective clients.

  • Build rapport, identify business needs, and communicate the company’s value proposition.

  • Handle initial questions and objections professionally.

  • Follow up consistently with prospects and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

  • Build, organize, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Keep lead information, outreach activities, and follow-up notes accurate and updated.

  • Use AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT, to support prospect research, outreach personalization, and productivity.

  • Track performance and consistently meet agreed activity and appointment-setting KPIs.

  • Work independently and take ownership of lead-generation activities.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, appointment setting, or a similar outbound sales role.

  • Strong cold-calling and cold-email outreach experience.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Confidence in delivering short presentations and speaking with decision-makers.

  • Strong prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

  • Experience using CRM systems, email outreach platforms, and lead-generation tools is an advantage.

  • Organized, resourceful, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

  • Ability to generate opportunities and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.

  • Available to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours.

  • Must not have any secondary employment or other professional commitments that may interfere with the role.
