Job Description:

Title: Lead, HCP Media Measurement (ProviderConnect)

Team: Analytics & Insights for ProviderConnect | Phreesia Network Solutions

Location: Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions in the U.S. or Canada are given priority in the hiring process.

Why This Role Exists

Phreesia has launched ProviderConnect, our new HCP Demand-Side Platform (DSP), a first-of-its-kind solution powered by real-world, first-party patient scheduling data to reach healthcare providers at the right moment.

This role exists to shape how ProviderConnect is brought to market and understood. As the Lead, HCP Media Measurement, you will define the product narrative, lead the measurement and analytics strategy, and partner across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive adoption. You’ll sit at the intersection of storytelling, Pharma media strategy, and analytics, helping position Phreesia as a leader in programmatic HCP advertising while enabling pharma marketers to fully understand and act on the value of our predictive audience data.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Lead measurement strategy & analytics. Own media measurement strategy across the full product lifecycle, including developing frameworks to prove campaign performance and incremental outcomes (impressions, CTR, viewability, PLD, TRx/NRx), creating client-facing measurement playbooks, defining future-state capabilities such as closed-loop HCP–patient impact and outcome-based optimization, and leading forecasting strategy and tooling. Develop and document key processes.

  • Drive cross-functional strategic leadership. Shape and communicate the ProviderConnect value story by translating complex ad tech and data concepts (deterministic targeting, device mapping, predictive audience modeling) into clear, compelling narratives. Serve as a strategic voice across Product, Client Experience, Sales Enablement, and Data Science to ensure alignment during launch planning and beyond.

  • Partner on advanced analytics and data integrations. Collaborate with internal analytics and product teams, as well as external data partners (IQVIA, Crossix, Symphony, PurpleLab), to integrate advanced measurement studies, validate performance, support inclusion in client MMM models, and ensure accurate cross-channel reporting visibility.

  • Engage clients and shape the market. Partner with Commercial and Client Experience teams to evangelize ProviderConnect’s differentiators, including predictive HCP targeting, DTC synergy, and activation through Freewheel DSP. Collaborate with agencies and DSP partners on best practices for audience segmentation and managed service models. Represent Phreesia in client meetings, industry events, and roundtables (e.g., FiercePharma).

  • Enable internal teams. Develop internal messaging, training materials, and measurement-focused enablement resources to reinforce understanding of ProviderConnect’s value proposition, audience strategy, and performance metrics. Partner with Marketing to create case studies, white papers, and success stories that demonstrate real-world impact and ensure consistency in measurement narratives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You don’t need to check every box, but this role will feel energizing if you:

  • Bring deep expertise in HCP advertising, programmatic media, or digital marketing strategy within pharma, healthcare, or ad tech

  • Have hands-on experience with platforms and tools such as Freewheel or other DSPs, audience solutions (e.g., Swoop, Crossix), ad servers (e.g., GAM360), and BI/analytics tools

  • Have led measurement or analytics initiatives for HCP or healthcare media campaigns

  • Understand DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, and HCP audience data (including NPI-based targeting, clean rooms, and deterministic device matching)

  • Enjoy translating complex data and technology concepts into clear, persuasive narratives

  • Are a strategic thinker who can connect product capabilities to market needs and client outcomes

  • Have experience crafting go-to-market narratives or positioning for data-driven ad products (preferred)

  • Are familiar with healthcare data privacy regulations, including HIPAA and de-identification standards

We Do Have A Few Requirements To Check

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in HCP advertising, programmatic media, or digital marketing strategy

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Where You’ll Work

This is a fully remote role. Candidates based in Eastern Time or Central Time regions (such as NYC or Toronto) are preferred.

Compensation & Rewards

  • Total Cash Compensation: $155,000–$180,000 for U.S. and Canada-based employees, which could include participation in our variable incentive plan

  • Compensation decisions are based on job-related factors including skills, experience, and qualifications

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your whole life — not just your work
