Founded in 2023, Crete Professionals Alliance (Crete PA) delivers big four firepower to local American firms. Our rapid growth has made us a magnet for leading firms nationwide, eager to join our revolution in accounting. We empower small to mid-market firms with PE-backed capital, strategic technology partnerships, and innovative workforce solutions—including national recruiting and offshore support—while preserving a personal, local touch.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Learning Systems Analyst (LCvista) to own as the firm’s hands-on LMS specialist and content curator. You will manage all LCvista configuration, keep our external libraries (LinkedIn Learning, Becker, Surgent, CCH, LumiQ) fresh and compliant, and serve as the primary point of contact for system support across Crete Professionals Alliance Network Firms. Reporting to the Manager, L&D, and in partnership with Sr. Analyst – Performance Programs, and Manager, Talent Integration, you will design, deliver, and communicate learning programs that drive measurable engagement and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Learning System Administration

  • Serve as Crete’s lead LCvista expert, owning configuration, setup, SSO, permissions, role structures, firm segmentation, and (potential future) multi-LMS instance alignment.

  • Manage jurisdiction-specific rules, tracking updates across all 50 states and ensuring CPE compliance meets Board of Accountancy requirements.

  • Lead UAT, regression testing, and rollout of new system releases, features, and integrations.

  • Provide Tier-2 support for firm admins; lead troubleshooting and escalate issues to LCvista as needed.

  • Maintain the LMS data architecture with alignment to UKG and PerformYard.

Content, Catalog, & CPE Management

  • Curate Crete’s full learning library.

  • Monitor and update CPE metadata, expirations, certificates, and technical requirements to ensure jurisdictional accuracy.

  • Assign required CPE by level, role, service line, and region—ensuring protections for audit, tax, and CAS rules.

  • Manage bulk imports, vendor licensing, content mapping, metadata cleanup, and external provider relationships.

  • Partner with L&D on skill-based learning paths, technical academies, and foundational learning plans.

Communication & Enablement

  • Draft firm-wide communications on compliance deadlines, content launches, onboarding, or system changes.

  • Build job aids, tip sheets, 2-minute training videos, and “how-to” micro-learning using tools like Colossyan.

  • Own and maintain Crete’s intranet learning hub.

  • Partner with leaders to monitor compliance risk and proactively communicate needed actions.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Track all CPE completion across firms—ensuring each learner meets state, AICPA, and service-line-specific requirements.

  • Produce analytics dashboards: completions, licensing gaps, overdue CPE, provider utilization, and training ROI.

  • Collaborate with the Lead – Performance Analytics to sync learning and performance data (e.g., linking competencies to development).

  • Monitor learning engagement and recommend strategies to increase adoption.

Project Collaboration & Firm Integration

  • Build and support new firm learning plans during acquisition integration (Day 1–90).

  • Align onboarding and mandatory learning flows across firms.

  • Coordinate with Talent Integration to create scalable processes that support multi-entity growth.

  • Support the development of annual content roadmap, vendor reviews, and technical learning frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3–4+ years of experience administering an enterprise LMS; LCvista strongly preferred (or equivalent accounting-industry LMS).

  • Understanding of accounting/CPA regulatory environments, especially CPE crediting, reporting rules, Board requirements, and jurisdiction changes.

  • Proficiency with SCORM/xAPI, CSV workflows, HTML, SSO, and API integrations.

  • Experience with analytics tools (LCvista Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau).

  • Strong writing ability for communication and training enablement.

  • Experience curating technical learning libraries.

  • Background in accounting, professional services, compliance, or PE-backed organizations preferred.

Additional Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence peers and leaders.

  • Comfort managing complex, fast-paced workflows across multiple firms.

  • Proactive, resourceful, highly detail-oriented, and energized by system/process improvement.

Working Conditions & Compensation

This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.

We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-90,000 annually, to commensurate with experience and qualifications and 10% bonus (prorated).
