Job Summary:

Acrisure is seeking a Lead Microsoft365 AI Engineer on our growing team. The Lead Microsoft365 AI Engineer is responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing enterprise-grade AI solutions built on Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Copilot Studio. This role provides technical leadership, establishes standards, and drives innovation across collaboration, productivity, and automation platforms. The engineer partners with architecture, security, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high‑impact AI capabilities that modernize colleague and client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead development of AI, Copilot, and automation solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Assist with the development of copilots, conversational agents, plugins, and workflow automations using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  • Architect and lead the integration of Microsoft365 services with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, API Management, and internal business applications.
  • Define and maintain AI engineering standards, reference architectures, and reusable components.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure safe, governed, and responsible AI implementations.
  • Oversee deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and optimization of AI and Copilot solutions.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise, mentorship, and leadership across AI and productivity engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Search.
  • Relevant certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL‑600) and Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI‑102).
  • Strong software engineering skills with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of identity, governance, security, and compliance across Microsoft cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience designing conversational AI agents, prompt engineering, and grounding techniques.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate effectively, and translate complex needs into solutions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10+ years in engineering roles delivering cloud, AI, or Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • 3+ years hands‑on building conversational AI or Copilot solutions.
