Scopely is looking for a Lead Producer, Live Operations for a soon-to-be announced mobile game.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

What You Will Do

As a Lead Producer on the Live Operations team, you’ll coordinate and deliver the “live show” for players: new content, events, offers, and incredible moments that solidify and strengthen players’ relationships with our game. You’ll partner closely with Live Ops leadership and a cross-disciplinary team to:

  • Drive day-to-day planning and execution for live beats
  • Translate Live Ops strategy into clear scope, timelines, and dependencies so teams can execute predictably
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Art, Economy, Data, and Release
  • Own launch readiness: checklists, quality gates, risk visibility, and calm handling of last-minute changes
  • Facilitate the operating rhythm (planning, execution syncs, risk reviews, launch readiness, post-mortems)
  • Ensure that Live Ops is an ideal customer for future software & tools development, by identifying recurring friction and driving concrete process and tooling improvements, all the way to the feature backlog
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of production experience on live service games with frequent live events or seasonal beats
  • Experience shipping live operations content (events, offers, battle passes, calendars) in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning and execution fundamentals: scope, milestones, dependency mapping, and risk management
  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and keep teams unblocked

Bonus Points

  • Experience with mobile RPGs or other midcore/core games, with complex economies, gacha mechanics, and event systems
  • Familiarity with live-config driven systems, live tuning, and operating within a structured release cadence
  • Experience partnering with Product / Economy / Design on event strategy and design
