About the role

You own Product & Lifecycle Growth marketing for Everand and Fable, end to end. Everand is our audiobook and ebook subscription product; Fable is our book-tracking and discovery community. Both are built for people who love books and reading. You'll set the positioning, plan the launches, build and ship the campaigns yourself, and measure what they move.

This is a senior individual contributor role built for a self-starter who is energized by both the strategy and the build. You'll go from a launch narrative one day to building the campaign in Iterable the next, and you'll go hands-on whenever that's the fastest path to impact.

What you'll do

  • Own positioning and messaging for Everand and Fable across features, launches, and seasonal moments, tailored to each brand's audience and stage.

  • Lead go-to-market for new features and product updates, from concept through launch and adoption.

  • Build and ship the campaigns yourself across email, push, and in-app in Iterable, including audience segmentation and technical setup.

  • Partner with the dedicated lifecycle team to align launch moments with the always-on program, and own member and brand communications across those moments.

  • Partner with Product and Brand to shape the roadmap and keep messaging consistent with each brand's voice.

  • Define the metrics, set targets, instrument tracking before launch, and report on impact.

  • Test and iterate on messaging, timing, and targeting, and turn what works into a repeatable playbook.

  • Contribute to growth across the funnel, partnering with Product and Brand.

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing in a subscription or consumer product business, with hands-on campaign execution.

  • A track record of owning GTM strategy and shipping the execution yourself.

  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Iterable or similar).

  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to own brand voice and turn it into copy that ships.

  • Comfort self-serving in data: you can read a query or dashboard and use it to make decisions.

  • A founder/owner mindset, you move on a priority without waiting for a fully specified brief, and a genuine love of books and reading.
