Kettle designs digital products with soul, for some of the most ambitious consumer brands in the world. Our work lives at the intersection of product thinking and brand storytelling; products that are just as considered in feeling as they are in function.

We are looking for a Lead, Product Management to join our Product team. In this role, you'll own complex, multi-stream engagements end-to-end, setting the product direction, shaping what success looks like, and making sure the team always knows the details, rationale, and priorities behind the work. You'll be the connective tissue between clients and cross-functional teams, and a key voice in how we approach and deliver great product work at Kettle.

Candidates should have:

  • Significant experience in product management, strategy, or a related discipline in an agency or product environment, with a track record of leading complex engagements across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery and definition through delivery and post-launch
  • Experience setting product direction: defining vision, validating decisions against market and user research, and influencing what gets built and why
  • A strong command of requirements gathering and definition, from stakeholder needs to JTBD, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with the communication skills to bring a team along
  • Experience owning and evolving product roadmaps in partnership with client stakeholders, and driving sprint planning and execution alongside production
  • Comfort analyzing product performance across multiple inputs; analytics, user testing, qualitative research, and using that analysis to sharpen decisions and validate direction
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C product contexts, with the ability to adapt your approach to different categories, business models, and user types
  • Fluency with AI tools as part of your product practice. You use them to move faster, synthesize more, and bring sharper thinking to the work
  • Experience shaping AI-powered product features or experiences, where AI changes what's possible for the user

We’d like to know that you can:

  • Own the full arc of an engagement, setting direction, communicating rationale, and keeping strategy and delivery connected from kickoff through launch
  • Serve as a trusted client partner: building relationships grounded in a clear understanding of their business goals, and managing expectations with honesty and confidence
  • Collaborate across disciplines, including Design, Engineering, Copy, Strategy, and Production. You help our teams do their best work together
  • Develop more junior product managers, helping them grow their craft and ownership while ensuring projects succeed
  • Adapt across working styles and timelines, from quick-turn optimization to longer-horizon product thinking

The target range of base compensation for this role is $150,000–$180,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
