About the Job
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join Truv’s Product Team. In this role, you’ll build and optimize products that enable lenders to verify income and employment, streamline decisioning, and improve borrower experiences. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that directly client onboarding, go-live and developer experience.
This is an execution-focused role where you’ll use your background in lending technology to design, test, and deliver impactful features that serve both lenders and their borrowers.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure and scalable workflows for income and employment verification for public sector, mortgage and other lending clients.
- Conduct user testing with clients and end-users to validate workflows and improve usability.
- Streamline onboarding, implementation, customization and go-live experiences for Truv clients end-to-end including lead generation, demo experience, onboarding, implementation, go-live and post go-live experiences including reporting on metrics, ability for self-serve experience.
- Capture feedback from agencies and lenders on frictionless onboarding and go-live experience.
- Collaborate with developers in clients teams, system integrators to streamline developer experience including Truv documentation.
- Build customization for various types of clients - state agencies, lenders and developers who utilize the Truv admin portal for the day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment across all flows.
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and synthesize into actionable product plans.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate quickly using insights from clients and end-user behavior.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product management experience in government, lending, or financial technology.
- Proven experience delivering products used by state and federal agencies, risk teams, or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of income and employment verification, and decisioning workflows.
- Track record running user testing and A/B experimentation to inform product decisions.
- Excellent execution skills—able to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Make data-driven product decisions, leveraging analytics and experimentation to measure impact and prioritize features.
- Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and synthesize into actionable product plans.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into product improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience at startups or high-growth environments preferred.
