Position Summary 

We’re looking for an innovative, analytical, and growth-minded Product Manager to join the Data Analytics and Intelligence Team at CDK GlobalThis role will play an important role in delivering an OEM Analytics solution that enables OEMs and Dealers to make better business decisions based on actionable insights and predictive analytics.  You will be the owner of customer-facing OEM Analytics and have the opportunity to grow the business through understanding market opportunities and customer pain pointsThe ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic and analytical mindset, focus on positive business outcomes, ability to drive execution, and delivering an exceptional customer experienceThis role will utilize AI/ML models to drive differentiation, actionable insights, and tailored actions for customers to improve profitability and operational efficienciesYou should be both technical and non-technical to effectively communicate with audiences of different backgrounds, including senior leadership.   

 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Define the product vision for OEM Analytics and build product roadmaps that align with customer and CDK business objectives 

  • Deliver and prioritize well-defined epic/feature requirements to Engineering and UX based on user/market requirements, strategy & business plan 

  • Drive execution and delivery, and go-to-market of product roadmap through collaboration with Engineering, Product Operations, Product Marketing, and other partners 

  • Partner with Launch Management to ensure a successful go-to-market plan with Professional Services, Customer Care, Marketing, Pricing, Sales, and Customer Success 

  • Partner with UX and Marketing teams to conduct market and customer research to drive strategy, roadmaps, and opportunities 

  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams and OEMs to understand pain points, market opportunities, and deliver solutions based on contractual obligations 

  • Prioritize roadmaps and features based on voice of customer and ongoing feedback loops from users and other stakeholders 

  • Evangelize and effectively communicate Product Strategy, Roadmaps, and data-driven results to leadership, partners, and customers 

  • Utilize AI/ML models to drive innovation into analytics solutions 

  • Define and measure OKRs and KPIs that define success for the product 

  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Care to implement an operating model that provides the best customer experience for OEMs 

 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience 

  • 6 to 8+ years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS 

  • 4+ years of experience building B2B analytics or insights solutions 

  • Experience using AI/ML models that drive predictive analytics 

  • Proven track record of working with customers, sales/customer success and engineering teams to deliver scalable, analytics solutions that have a product-market fit 

  • Experience working in a product-led environment, agile development methodologies, and globally distributed teams 

  • Passion for collaboration and solving problems with other people and teams  

  • Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across a large organization and multiple stakeholders  

  • Highly motivated, go-getter attitude with a drive to produce an excellent end-to-end customer experience and positive business outcomes 

  • Great listener and empathizer to voice of customer that leads to solving customer pain points 

  • Excellent critical thinking skills to develop solutions that produces high adoption 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with story-telling savviness 

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and audiences of all backgrounds  

  • Nimble and enjoys working in a dynamic environment 

  • Data-driven mindset to measure successful outcomes 

  • Financial acumen to develop business cases and monetization opportunities 

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time 

 

Preferred: 

  • Master's or MBA in Computer Science, Business or a related field 

  • Knowledge and experience with automotive OEMs and Dealers 

  • Pragmatic Institute certification 

Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000

CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.We offer Medical, dental, and vision benefits in addition to:
