As the Lead Product Manager for Enterprise Promoted Listings, you will bridge the gap between our marketplace and the complex ecosystems of our largest institutional partners. You are responsible for building the SaaS-level connectivity and scalable API infrastructure that allows enterprise clients to integrate, manage, and optimize their presence on http://Realtor.com at scale.

What You’ll Do:
  • Enterprise Platform Strategy: Define the vision for how enterprise clients interact with our marketplace. You’ll move beyond manual workflows to build robust API-first solutions and automated data flows that integrate seamlessly with client CRMs and proprietary MaaS platforms.
  • B2B Connectivity & Integration: Act as the architect for "Enterprise Enablement." You will ensure our platform can handle sophisticated data exchange, ensuring high-fidelity connectivity and performance tracking between http://Realtor.com and institutional partner tech stacks.
  • Scalable Monetization: Own the roadmap for enterprise-grade promoted products. You will balance the custom needs of individual large-scale clients with the necessity of building standardized, scalable SaaS products that maintain marketplace health.
  • Data-Driven Matching & Performance: Partner with Data Science and Engineering to optimize lead routing and matching logic. You will leverage ML-driven insights to ensure enterprise advertisers achieve high ROI while maintaining a premium user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary product bridge between Sales, Engineering, and our largest clients. You’ll translate complex business requirements into technical specs for API development and platform scalability.

What You’ll Bring:
  • B2B/SaaS Expertise: Deep experience building and scaling B2B products, specifically focusing on SaaS connectivity, API development, and enterprise data flows.
  • Institutional Client Experience: A proven track record of working directly with large-scale enterprise partners to deliver technical solutions that solve complex business problems.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with API architecture, system integrations, and how data moves between disparate platforms. You should be comfortable discussing technical constraints with engineers and data scientists.
  • Product Maturity: 10+ years of product experience (8+ with a Master’s), ideally within marketplace or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Complexity Management: Experience owning products with sophisticated logic (e.g., dynamic routing, real-time bidding, or complex matching algorithms).
  • Influence & Communication: The ability to simplify complex technical strategies for executive stakeholders while maintaining high credibility with technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of related experience
