Job summary

We’re building a modern GTM Systems organization focused on innovation and scalability. As our Lead Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the technical leader for Salesforce within our GTM ecosystem — setting standards, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Cloud.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You’ll own complex configurations, mentor other admins, and partner with the Director, GTM Systems on roadmap execution and governance. You’ll also influence architecture decisions and ensure our Salesforce platform is reliable, scalable, and optimized for global operations.

What you will do

  • Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce configuration and automation
  • Establish and enforce best practices for Flows, validation rules, and automation
  • Review and approve admin work for quality and scalability
  • Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Experience Cloud
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery: design, build, test, deploy, maintain
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across quoting, contracting, and case management
  • Provide input into architecture and roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate on integrations with GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo)
  • Maintain documentation and governance standards

What you will have

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Advanced configuration skills (Flows, automation, data model)
  • Strong expertise in CPQ/Revenue Cloud and quoting processes
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Ability to mentor admins and lead technical delivery
  • A product mindset: systems thinking, process thinking, outcome thinking

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with GTM SaaS tools like Eloqua, LeanData, Jira, and Confluence

Why join us

  • Lead technical standards and influence architecture
  • Work across multiple Salesforce clouds and GTM systems
  • Help build a modern GTM Systems organization from the ground up
  • Be part of a team that treats Salesforce as a strategic platform for growth
