  • Translate executive direction and strategic objectives into clearly defined project scope, success metrics, and actionable delivery plans.

  • Apply a flexible delivery approach, leveraging program management, strategic analysis, and change leadership techniques appropriate to each initiative.

  • Facilitate decision-making by framing trade-offs, risks, and impacts for leadership.
  • Lead analysis, planning, and implementation of operational improvements, technology transformations, or capability build-outs beyond standard PMO or BAU
    processes.
  • Support the development of new operating models, tools, processes, or governance mechanisms as needed to enable successful outcomes.
  • Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, scalability, or service delivery.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, briefings, and communications that translate complex project insights into clear, concise, and actionable updates.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, ensuring transparency, accountability, and agility without introducing unnecessary overhead.
  • Provide leadership with timely visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and recommended actions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7-10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within technology, operations, or infrastructure-focused organizations.
  • Proven experience managing ambiguous or first-of-their-kind projects outside traditional PMO frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of technology operations, network environments, or large-scale IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within a telecommunications, critical infrastructure, or highly regulated environment.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, or similar).
