AT&T is seeking a Lead Talent Marketing Manager based in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will lead talent marketing strategy and execution across employer brand, audience strategy, media, candidate experience, and pipeline activation, driving measurable hiring outcomes across high-volume and professional hiring segments. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead end-to-end talent marketing strategies aligned to enterprise hiring priorities. 

  • Define audience strategies using talent market insights, competitive intelligence, candidate behavior data, and hiring demand.  

  • Execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels while managing full-funnel performance. 

  • Shape and activate employer brand, content, and digital experiences that strengthen candidate attraction and engagement. 

  • Oversee media strategy, channel investment, talent community, CRM, and candidate nurture programs to drive pipeline outcomes.  

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to develop attraction strategies, solve hiring challenges, and influence workforce outcomes through data-driven recommendations. 

What you’ll need: 

  • Strong talent marketing strategy and performance optimization experience. 

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, media strategy, and audience segmentation. 

  • Ability to translate complex data, labor market intelligence, and campaign performance into actionable recommendations. 

  • Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution. 

  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of leadership 

What you’ll bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in talent marketing, employer brand, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing, including ownership of attraction strategy and campaign performance. 

  • Experience leading integrated talent marketing campaigns with measurable hiring outcomes. 

  • Experience leveraging CRM platforms, talent communities, nurture campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.  

  • Experience using funnel analytics, attribution, testing, and ROI measurement to optimize performance. 

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale, high-volume, or complex hiring environments with multiple stakeholder groups. 

  • Experience partnering with agencies, media partners, and vendors while using market intelligence and competitive insights to inform talent attraction strategies. 

Our Lead Talent Acquisition jobs earn between $118,800.00 - $178,200.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
