The role / impact

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of critical cross-functional technologies across AI, Core Accounting, and Infrastructure. You will lead the planning and execution of technologically complex features from conception through to launch, defining scope and managing timelines across global teams to help small businesses thrive.

Your work involves navigating complex programs of work across a variety of different projects, which may include infrastructure re-architecture, large platform migrations, traditional zero-to-one feature launches, or integration with partners. You ensure programs stay on track and translate technical concepts into clear business implications for the entire organisation whilst aligning Product & Tech leaders across multiple teams.

You will join a vibrant global team dedicated to building innovative solutions for millions of customers. The team operates in a collaborative, agile environment, bridging the gap between technical experts across Product & Tech.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Establishing best practices and growing the value of technical program management within the Product & Tech division.

  • Developing and deploying AI/ML-driven products, focusing on the challenges of model training and data pipelines.

  • Ensuring the platform adheres to global data privacy regulations and ethical AI principles regarding sensitive financial data.

  • Scaling API integrations with external partners to improve accounting and reconciliation processes.

  • Your sound judgment helps you rally teams under pressure and identify the most critical information to keep projects moving.
