This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! Sourceability is seeking a Lead Web Developer to join the Corporate Marketing team, serving as the hands-on Webflow production owner embedded within Marketing. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing marketing campaigns to life by building and optimizing web experiences in Webflow. Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll own the execution of web projects from design through development—translating campaign concepts into high-performing, visually engaging web pages while supporting fast iteration and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Insight on your impact:
- Own hands-on Webflow production including full page builds, CMS structuring, responsive implementation, and publishing.
- Build and manage Webflow CMS collections, templates, and scalable page architectures.
- Translate design direction from Creative or Campaign stakeholders into functional, production-ready Webflow builds.
- Originate layout structures, hierarchy, and user flows when needed.
- Execute design refinements directly within Webflow to ensure design and brand consistency.
- Write and maintain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support custom functionality within Webflow.
- Implement forms, analytics tracking, light scripts, and third-party integrations.
- Optimize pages for SEO, performance, accessibility, and conversion.
- Support rapid iteration on campaign-driven landing pages.
- Implement micro-interactions and animations as needed.
- Ensure responsive behavior across devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and European Digital team members.
Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- Direct hands-on Webflow production experience building sites from scratch.
- Experience structuring and managing CMS-driven content within Webflow.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within Webflow environments.
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused layouts.
- Ability to execute stakeholder design direction while also making independent layout and UX decisions.
- Experience working within a marketing or campaign-driven organization.
- Ability to execute quickly and adapt in fast-paced marketing environments.
Preferred skills and technical familiarity:

- Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms or CRM integrations.
- Familiarity with Figma or comparable design tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization.

- Experience implementing analytics and tracking tools.
- Basic back-end awareness.
- Experience collaborating across global or distributed teams.
