Job Details:
The Leadership Development Specialist designs, facilitates, and coordinates leadership and organizational effectiveness programs that build capabilities at scale. The role blends instructional design, virtual facilitation, and program operations (communications, logistics, analytics) to deliver engaging learning experiences for leaders and emerging leaders. Success requires a creative content builder, a confident facilitator, and a detail-oriented program coordinator who partners effectively across the organization to ensure alignment, quality, and measurable impact.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design and build e-learning courses using authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline) and PowerPoint.
- Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles to create high-impact learning assets (participant guides, facilitator materials, job aids, microlearning).
- Maintain and continuously improve content quality with strong writing, proofing, and editing standards; ensure brand and accessibility alignment.
- Apply light graphic design (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe tools) for visual engagement and clarity.
- Design and maintain web pages/digital learning portals for program communications and learner engagement.
- Facilitate and/or host monthly virtual learning sessions (2–3 per month).
- Coordinate quarterly live leadership development events, managing end-to-end logistics, vendor/venue coordination, and on-site support (attending approx 1–2 events annually).
- Manage program communications, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and participant engagement.
- Track participation, survey results, and outcomes via Cornerstone LMS analytics; produce timely reports and insights.
- Conduct post-event follow-up (reporting, communications, reinforcement activities) and drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to clarify needs, align expectations, and ensure programs meet strategic objectives.
- Enable facilitators and champions with clear goals, content, and delivery standards; coach partners on facilitation best practices.
- Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
- Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
- Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
Professional Experience
- 2+ years Learning & Development, Training, or Program Coordination, with direct experience in e-learning development and virtual facilitation required.
- Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS (or comparable) for reporting, tracking, and analytics required.
- Experience in leadership development or talent management programs preferred.
- Familiarity with JDX/job architecture for role alignment and capability modeling preferred.

Compensation:
Competitive pay range $70,000 to $75,000 of per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.*Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
