The Role

As our Learning & Development Manager, you’ll be a key player on our People Operations Team. You’ll both lead the charge on our Learning & Development initiatives while also supporting the broader People Operations function to ensure a best-in-class employee experience. You will design and deliver programs and resources that help our team members level up. Whether you are facilitating workshops, refining onboarding curriculum, or jumping in to help with other People Ops projects, you operate with ownership, initiative, and a deep commitment to our company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own our annual L&D roadmap

  • Manage new employee onboarding

  • Project manage and attend onsites at Prompt HQ

  • Develop and deliver training content company-wide in varied formats

  • Support our Manager Training Programs

  • Engage with external training partners as needed

  • Ensure all learning content is documented and easily accessible

  • Analyze the effectiveness of L&D programs through data-driven insights and feedback loops

  • Infuse Prompt culture and values into every developmental touchpoint

  • Help all employees experience tangible growth and development

  • Contribute to other non L&D specific initiatives within the People Ops Team

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • You bring 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a dedicated L&D role at a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.

  • You are eager to support broader People Operations tasks and understand how L&D fits into the overall employee lifecycle.

  • You are a confident communicator who can lead engaging sessions for both remote and in-office teams.

  • Your operational rigor and attention to detail are off the charts.

  • You enjoy the challenge of building programs from the ground up and utilizing every tool at your disposal to solve problems.

  • You are passionate about helping people grow and believe that a culture of continuous learning is vital to our success.

  • You have meaningful experience using AI, including Gemini, for learning and development purposes, and understand its impact on scalable enablement.
