About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Learning Systems Analyst to provide technical and operational support for the deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of training and learning products for a client. Support a large portfolio of online courses, credentials, certifications, playlists, simulations, and microlearning assets delivered through the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) learning management system.


What you'll do

  • Configure, deploy, update, and retire courses and credentials.
  • Configure and maintain playlists, including recurring updates and modifications.
  • Upload, validate, and test learning assets to ensure proper functionality.
  • Test and support LMS patches, releases, and system upgrades.
  • Manage user roles and account privileges.
  • Provide Tier II support, resolving tickets escalated from Tier I and other sources.
  • Respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, and program partners.
  • Support 175–200 quarterly activities related to product analysis, development, and revision.
  • Support 150–200 quarterly maintenance actions and sustainment tasks.
  • Follow established workflows, quality controls, and escalation procedures.
  • Contribute to lifecycle sustainment of learning assets and related systems, including upgrades, implementation, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation (SOPs, workflows, configuration records).
  • Assist with creation of job aids, manuals, videos, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Support data collection and analysis for issue identification, metrics, and report/dashboard improvements.
  • Produce required reports and support ongoing data requests


Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting complex learning or training projects with customers or stakeholders.
  • Experience using Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams (preferably Teams for Education), SharePoint, ServiceNow, Qlik, and modern web browsers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with faculty and staff in higher education.
