Our client is looking for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support their legal team with client communication, drafting, and day-to-day case coordination. This firm operates within the legal services industry and has built a strong reputation in recent years for delivering client-centered representation and consistent case results.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured environments, communicates clearly, and understands the importance of precision in legal workflows. The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will play a key role in maintaining case organization, supporting attorneys, and ensuring seamless client interactions.
Communicate directly with clients via email and other channels in a professional and timely manner
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and appointments
Maintain organized case files and documentation
Coordinate internal and external communications related to active matters
Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal records and documentation
Requirements
Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage calendars and track legal deadlines accurately
Experience drafting legal correspondence and documentation
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work during MST standard business hours
Experience working in a U.S.-based law firm preferred
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
