Job Summary
Clearwater Analytics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to support our Legal team’s contract and operational processes. This role plays a key part in managing contracts, maintaining accurate data, and helping drive automation and efficiency across the business.
The ideal candidate is self-reliant, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy improving processes, creating structure, and leveraging systems to make work easier for others, this role could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end contract management process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Review, enter, and maintain contract and order form data within Salesforce
Maintain contract summary sheets and internal documentation
Monitor and update contract records to ensure completeness and data integrity
Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to review and process contract changes
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contract workflows, helping create scalable solutions that support other teams across the organization
Assist with reporting and basic analytics related to contract activity
Provide general operational and administrative support to the Legal team
Qualifications
Experience supporting contract administration or contract management processes
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems
Exposure to CLM tools (such as Ironclad)
Interest in process improvement or workflow automation
