This is a great opportunity for an experienced contract manager to have a large impact on a company with high ambitions. We’re looking for someone not only to administer our contract drafting, redlining, and organizing process for a variety of healthcare sales and data contracts, but also rethink the contracting process while building insightful analytics around it. Also, you’ll work cross-functionally to further optimize our go-to-market strategy by making the process as efficient as possible.  You’ll also work closely with our legal team to implement needed changes to manage risks to the business. As a key member of the team, you’ll have to opportunity to collaborate with team members of all levels while we chase our goals. You’ll also work with our product and revenue operations partners to continually improve the process and execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate contracts from automated templates, maintain quality and legal positions through redlining, ensure accuracy of completed contract, enter contracts into our contract management system
  • Maintain records during contracting (i.e., negotiation audit trail, etc.) and facilitate the easy retrieval of completed contracts
  • Design and implement changes to contract templates, overall contract management process, and establish supporting analytics around contract flow
  • Work cross-functionally with sales teams, account management, commercial leaders, and peers through the contract management process
  • Ensures deals comply with corporate pricing goals, revenue guidelines, and general selling rules by tracking appropriate approvals.
  • Be responsive to key partners with questions about the contract management process and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience in contract preparation and contracts administration and management 
  • Paralegal experience with transactional/corporate background
  • Experience in working in healthcare data and licensing preferred
  • Good time management skills with a solid attention to detail
  • Self-starter mentality with an ability to adapt to changes and think critically
  • Experience in working with / supporting sales organizations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially under deadlines and/or in front of customers and clients
  • Solid understanding and application of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. The following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $100,000 - $130,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
