About This Role:

The Sr. Business System Analyst is responsible for functional design and implementation, including both hands-on practical work and technical leadership, of our Salesforce implementation. The BSA will provide holistic expertise of all CRM system including Sales, Service and Life Sciences Cloud by collaborating closely with various business stakeholders in order to advance scalable solutions while maintaining security & compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs, ensuring coherence across functional design, technical implementation, data strategy, and integration.
  • Serve as the senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams — translating strategic intent into architecture direction and, where needed, stepping into a functional or technical lead capacity to break through design impasses, resolve ambiguity, or accelerate alignment across the program.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into well architected solutions, drive scalable solutions which can easily expand globally, and propose best alternatives to meet business needs.
  • Participate and lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, requirements, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare functional solution documentation to include business requirements, functional specifications and technical designs that communicate architectural components, associated logic, triggers, data flows and user interfaces.
  • Deep, proven understanding of global data residency, data sovereignty, and privacy laws within healthcare domain
  • Partner with Salesforce product teams, and third-party vendors to shape the solution approach and leverage the latest platform capabilities.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience, with demonstrated tenure in Sr. BSA and CRM solution architecture
  • Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or an adjacent regulated industry
  • Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms and expertise in how these clouds are applied across commercial, medical, and patient-facing use cases
  • Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale (e.g., SAFe, multi-team Scrum) and shaping methodology decisions for the engagement
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI tools) within Life Sciences commercial solutions, including ability to advise clients on AI strategy and adoption
  • Experience operating as a functional and technical hybrid — with enough depth on both sides to design end-to-end solutions
  • Deep integration architecture experience including Boomi or Workato, event-driven architectures, or enterprise API strategy in complex Life Sciences environments

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$127,000.00 - $165,000.00
