The Role
We are seeking Lifecycle Marketing Managers to tactically support growth and engagement for new clients. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with leading brands and contribute directly to their customer lifecycle success. Contract projects typically range from 10–40 hours per week, depending on client needs and project scope.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client Lifecycle Marketing teams to build campaigns from the ground up and optimize existing programs across multiple internal and external tools.
- Conduct thorough QA to ensure a high level of campaign quality and accuracy.
- Manage timelines and prioritize competing requests for campaign launches.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on campaign troubleshooting and system optimizations.
- Analyze performance and provide strategic, ad-hoc recommendations to enhance channel and campaign results.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on campaign-building experience, from brief through launch.
- Proven ability to QA large, multi-channel campaigns targeting multiple audiences.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, data, and engineering teams.
