About Fay

At Fay, our mission is to make nutrition a foundational pillar of preventative care, improving outcomes, accessibility, and affordability at scale. We're building AI-powered infrastructure to transform preventative healthcare. Think that's bold? We're just getting started.

Today, Fay is a three-sided marketplace connecting providers, patients, and payers to revolutionize preventative care delivery. Our b2b2c business-in-a-box solution empowers dietitians to deliver high-quality, affordable nutrition care, helps patients take control of their health, and enables payers to build healthier member populations. Nutrition is our starting point, not the finish line. The platform we're building will expand into new areas of preventative health and wellness as we grow.

We're proud to be one of the fastest-growing companies in healthtech, backed by category-defining investors like General Catalyst, Forerunner, 1984, and Goldman Sachs.

Ready to leverage AI-driven technology to transform preventative care and make a real-world impact on health? Let's talk.

Fay is a digital health platform connecting people with registered dietitians who accept insurance. Our mission is to make high-quality nutrition care accessible, affordable, and easy to use. We partner with health systems, employers, and platforms to help people improve their health through evidence-based nutrition. As we scale, lifecycle and operational excellence are critical to how we grow responsibly.

The Role

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Operations associate to run Fay’s outbound outreach and early lifecycle engagement. You’ll own daily SMS workflows, manage inbound patient conversations, keep data clean and compliant, help improve conversion from warm intent to booked appointments, and own outbound marketing emails. This role is heavily executional and operational, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and send 2-3 marketing emails/month
  • Execute daily SMS outreach to warm leads using Metabase, Customer.io, Front, and Zapier workflows
  • Manage inbound replies, respond to patients, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Track performance (responses, conversions, opt-outs) and maintain data hygiene
  • Collaborate with Growth, Ops, Marketing, and Support to improve lifecycle flows
  • Support iterative testing of cadence, copy, and follow-up strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in lifecycle operations, growth ops, CRM, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Front, Google Sheets/Excel, Zapier, Customer.io, or no-code automation
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable owning operational processes end-to-end
  • Able to strategize, market and speak to multiple audiences — from doctors to leads to employees of partner companies
  • Healthcare or lifecycle experience is a plus

Why It Matters

You’ll own a high-impact, measurable patient engagement channel and help shape Fay’s lifecycle infrastructure as we scale.

Benefits

Competitive salary and a remote-friendly culture.
