🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Assist in troubleshooting basic server, network, and hosting-related issues.
- Respond to and resolve L1 support tickets under supervision.
- Help diagnose common web hosting issues related to cPanel, Plesk, and domain management.
- Perform basic Linux commands for file management and user administration.
- Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
- Learn about web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Help monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Grafana.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
- Assist in writing knowledge base articles for common technical issues.
