As an L1 Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Linux system administration, web hosting, and cloud technologies, working alongside experienced engineers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic server, network, and hosting-related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve L1 support tickets under supervision.
  • Help diagnose common web hosting issues related to cPanel, Plesk, and domain management.
🔹 Linux System Administration:
  • Perform basic Linux commands for file management and user administration.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
  • Learn about web servers (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed) and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
🔹 Monitoring & Documentation:
  • Help monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Grafana.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
  • Assist in writing knowledge base articles for common technical issues.

Qualifications:
✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✔ Basic knowledge of Linux systems and web hosting concepts.
✔ Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
✔ Understanding of basic scripting (Bash, Python, or Perl) is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
