Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases
- Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
- Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
- Maintain an average of 180 billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management
Experience & Requirements
- 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas
- Dual licensure in Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $160,000-200,000+ with bonus opportunities
